My old account

I went to login in my old account (member account) and it first said my password was expired and needed to be renewed and it had to be retrieved. The email was deleted but I had another account made at the same time (this one is like a year newer) but I had no problem logging into this one. is there anyway for me to get that account back. ____ or a way to change the email for the account.
