Primal Might recipe

Since I am an alchemist i wanted to make some gold with primal mights transmutation and i checked on internet where i could find the recipe.
I went to shattrath first and the vendor who was supposed to sell them didn't do it...
I tried then to go to silvermoon and it was the same...
Someone can tell me how i can get primal might's recipe pls?

Think the recipe is being sold 1 at a time. Once bought, another recipe will respawn later to the vendor.

that recipes are often bought by campers, which sells them by AH. So if you want recipe buy it on AH, (there are plenty) or camp it
