WotLK Having trouble progressing as Spriest. Gear check and general guidance needed.

Hey guys, I feel like I've kind of hit a wall and don't know how to progress further. I think I got every upgrade outside of ICC and Ruby Sanctum including T10 and I'm sitting on about 5.6~k gear score but I'm still having trouble finding groups for ICC not to mention RS. What should I do to get better gear? Also advice on optimizing my current gear is most welcome.

If you're having trouble getting into an ICC 10 or 25 on normal with your gear, I would suggest finding a guild.
