Hello fellas,

Okay so I got bugged in Jade Forest Zone because I started the quest line "Art of War". I can't talk to any NPC in Jade Forest. Now, I'm currently leveling at Valley Of Four Winds and is having difficulties killing mobs due to my low level gears. I am just wondering where I can buy gears as a start up in Pandaria? A lot of people in game is saying that I can buy start up gears in Jade Forest but I really can't talk to any NPC. Any help will do. Thanks!!
