The following items: Titan-Forged Cloak of Ascendancy, Titan-Forged Cloak of Victory are both missing from Store and cannot be requested via "report item" because of the error : "invalid item name provided".
These 2 items should cost around 14 Points. Can you please, add them mannualy so we can buy them ? The rest of the Titan-Forged items can be found in store and they cost around 12-14 Points.

That's a level 245 item, so I'm sure its omission is deliberate.
If I'm not mistaken, Wrathful cloaks are much better (264) and are much easier to get than these, as they don't require you to go to Wintergrasp (which is currently unplayable because of multiboxers). One or two days of playing battlegrounds should give you enough honour points to buy one.Edited: August 6, 2018

I want the Titan-Forged Cloak because its the only one with ARP and resilience, and like you said, Wintergrasp its unplayable because of the multiboxers.

The only solution is to stay in the relic chamber and afk during battles.

It's unplayable because of you. You just sit there and go afk, and with that you take away one decent player from your team.
Consider attacking the multiboxer or being useful and you'll get the cloak in no time. I got my shoulders in about 4 days.
