[ANSWERED]Unfair BAN

Hello one week ago our guild raid leader got a BAN for ninja loot. We was gruul raid and we take some people from world aswell . After we kill gruul DST droped and people start roll but one healer roll aswell so RL refuse give him DST bevouse he healer and give it to second player i roll and he report him and RL get a ban for 60 days?? What for? He write a ticket but he still dont get unban . I dont think is fain becouse when somebody go raid like healer we expect he will be roll for heal items no for everything what hos class can use . We have dual wpec on outland so i retalent my paly everyday for what we need so if I join to raid like healer I dobt will be roll for tank equip if I dont make a deal with leader becore join . Now is guild without RL (MT aswell) . He appeal but answer was NO what is realy unfair and is 23 people what can proof he was healer when he roll . Rhx for anwer what he can do now becouse 60days ban mean finish ...
