WotLK Problem Modeling Characters 3.3.5

Hello everyone, I allow myself to redirect to you, I have a little problem in graphics, I explain myself: since I downloaded the game version of characters imported from WoD (version available on Warmane) I can not change the game pack in frFR without my textures look like this:

By cons when I put the game in English from the Interface menu in-game textures become normal once the game relaunched ...
Could someone enlighten my lantern and tell me which files moved from the enUS folder to the FRFR folder for my textures are in WoD but that my game is really French? ^^
