    Region rules

    So one of my friends moved from Croatia to Germany, and in Germany you cant play ceacked games and download films etc. so he wants to know if he can play WoW on Icecrow without any problems with the laws, and he needs to download WoW so i just wanted to know if its legal for him to play this WoW or not.

    I'd say he can play but he can't download the game.
