I have everything best to be bought from EoT vendors, no1 will take me to Toc or Icc, what can i do from now on?

Grind gold untill you can buy the good gems and decent enchants for your gear. Also watch and read guides on icc boss fights and learn tactics. It may be easiear to find groups on tuesday because it's the day before reset and you can't be picky about who you invite.
