We may consider an alternative, where players really want to downgrade, which will simply transfer their character and give them a simple gear set, removing all things that don't exist on wrath, probably just leaving them with professions (downgraded, no recipes) and mounts, companions that exist

It will be decided after upgrading has been released over the next 24 hours.
