[ANSWERED]Account recovery

Hello

I have three account that I haven't played in a while (since the hijack in 2014) and i've managed to retrieve two account by now, yet my main account declines.
when i tried to reset password to this one no recovery e-mail was received ! !
I know few accounts password before reset,exact character name (still exists in armory) ,exact email! !
is there any way to get my account back pls ?

ps: i'm not a very good writer yet i suppose if an admin contacts me in private it will be the THE SUPER thing for me, as i can describe my situation better. thanks
