I cannot talk to any NPCs. Can't talk to quest givers to get quests and complete quests, can't talk to flight masters, can't talk to shopkeeps or banks, or even the class trainer. I cannot talk to anyone, so as a result I can't play the game.
The problem started as I was doing quests in Booty Bay. After I completed the quests I went to go turn them in, and that's when the problem started. Waited a day, didn't fix anyone.
Is anyone else having this problem?

try getting killed. if that doesnt work abandon all quests and see if that works.

Did you change any game settings during this, or perhaps configured addons?
