Help with addons

Hello, I started playing this game 2 months ago and i saw people using some addons that sometimes makes game look better. Im talking about action bars, i would like to know if it is possible to add addons on WOTLK, and if i can,how, and which one would you recommend me to use to change my action bars.

Bartender is by far the best addon for actionbars in my opinion.
