Technical Crashing multiple times a day

Ever since a couple weeks ago, I have started crashing on a regular basis.
I either crash randomly or because I take a screenshot.
Today when I had crashed I had received the following message:

" This application has encountered a critical error:

Nothing Enough memory resources ar eavaiable to process this command.

I had task manager on when I had crashed and my computer's memory didn't come close to maxing out.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
