WotLK Fiery weapon enchant .. does it drop or bugged ?

I have been killing this guy for about 2 days now looking for the fiery weapon recipe but it has not dropped.. if you check my logs i think i have killed him about 40-50 times.

does the loot table for him work properly to get the fiery enchant recipe ? or am i just that unlucky :)

Not sure if it applies to WotLK, but generally you're better off buying it from the AH.
