[ANSWERED]Are you making Lordaeron bad on purpose?

Hello, i play on both Icecrown and Lordaeron servers. And i seriously need to ask something. For super long time i though those both servers have the same source code. But now im finding out its different the hard way.

How can the same Bug with dragon cleaves get fixed on icecrown in 2 days and be still not fixed on lordaeron in for over a week now, i rly dont understand and the only explanation that comes to my mind is that its on purpose. Can any qualified person answer my question? Thx very much
