Hi! does "Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and its uses" still drop in the game? I hit 600 Blacksmithing yesterday and been farming Imperial Granary for about 5hrs now and still it hasnt drop. :s Am I farming in the wrong zone?

You can farm sha infront of shrine. It still drop few month ago, and having quite low chance, should be around 1-3 hr farming.
