As many people have seen there is a bug on Kalecgos where Sathrovarr doesn't reset right, leaving 2 copies and making the encounter impossible.

Does anyone know EXACTLY what causes this to happen, OR how to fix it without having to reset? We could not fix it aside from resetting the instance and redoing all the trash.

Can you describe in detail what you did prior to the second Sath spawning? My guild did 4 attempts with no bug. Maybe if a few guilds who got the bug can find something in common about their pull, or wipe, or wipe recovery, we can identify the cause.

Sure, I will describe and include VOD. We got the bug once, then couldn't fix it, reset the instance and recleared the trash, then we got the bug again on our second pull.
We have 0-4 people in the portal at the end of the fight but the tank gets ported out or dies, and then the Kalecgos human dies in the portal while the dragon and demon are in soft enrage (below 10%). Kalecgos flies away but some of the raid is stuck in combat. On future pulls there are now 2 demons. This bug appears to be related to the humanoid Kalec dying, but we didn't get it on any pulls on our first night of progress so maybe it only occurs if he dies during the soft enrage (<10%)? ?
