Felfire Hawk Mount 250 Mounts

Question:
If I have both Horde and Alliance Mounts would it sum up to 250 mounts? To get the Felfire Hawk Mount... Or do I have to get the 250 mounts on one faction only?

Ach for 250 mounts was added in WoD, so you cant get that ach/mount in MoP.
