Is there any way to auto ignore all alliance players? Its annoying to see BOK YSAOI KKSOAUIYK LLKSSYII OSJAHSKDJKJSD KKSOJO on yell and say in dala spamming chat

nah. Would be nice if Dalaran came Yell-free zone. Won't happen though because you can toggle Yell-chat ON/OFF from chat settings.

You simply have to configure your chat correctly. Disable say, emote, yell, general, trade, achievement, and battleground.

Why stop there. Disable everything.

If you are neither tank nor heal, you can disable party and raid. You can also disable guild and only enable it in scheduled raiding nights.
