WotLK Give me wrong information

Hello ,
When i try to donate it after i give card information and my information and set next i see message "you set wrong information" , but in this case it wasnt wrong, what i shoud to do ?
Must to say i make one donation wiht same card on other account , can be that problem ?

That sounds like more of a question to your bank, but you can try buing a paysafecard online and donating via that way?
