Technical Got banned without doing anything?

What just happen, I got permanently ban without doing anything. I says that I'm using bot? What i do is i don't log for just months i think, due to my busy schedules, studies and exams and I play in this server since it was molten-wow. I dunno what really happen but I got disappoint with you guys I hope you can take action of this problems because I farm these item for over a year.
