Time chances

Hello everyone, i'm about to buy a warrior, fury will be my spec, 2 2 hands, 1 will have berserking and the other will have mongoose, whats the chance of getting this buffs? with 2 hands?

i once had a rogue with both axes berserking, but it almost never buffed me, so im wondering, is the chance of getting this buff on 2hands higher? so yes, how mouch?

On my fury I use Berserking enchantment on both my 2handed weapons and it procs just fine.
I play on icecrown but there shouldn't be a difference between the 2 realms.
