Kicked out of raid for their guildmate

Yeah so around 22.45 (20.45) server time I was kicked out of the raid of naxxramas 10 ( id: 884855)He said:"sorry men" a friend is comming and then kicked me. Is this punishable or not? Please help me and thank you in advance.

It's hes raid, he can do what he wants. If you was there for a boss kill and he kicked you out before loot was rolled, then you could make a ninja repor. Other then that, he's free to kick you whenever.
