World Server Down 3 days in a row can't complete quest

So I've been running FoS repeatedly to do the Quel'delar quest, every single time I've gotten close to completing the dungeon (the last corridor to last boss)
We all disconnect with World server is down. I'm beyond annoyed now, literally can't progress the quest, Can anyone please chime in on wtf to do about this???

I have the same error, it's this a bug or is the server actually down? I'm asking because on the site it says players are online.

Fixed it by using the "unstuck" feature on the website. Guess it's a bug isolated to the person not an actual server outage.

You couldn't do a fos for 3 days? It doesn't have to be done on HC difficulty, you can do it with a bunch of fresh 80s, you scratch my back I scratch yours kind of thing.
Neither of the quests for Quel'Delar require HC difficulty, you can run through normal farms and be done in like 30 minutes.
