today i login and tryed to enter my main char and i got error msgon 80% loading time. then i exit wow try again same i tryed deleting cache same. Then i tryed to enter my low lvl char and it works fine. seems its just on my main can someone help pls

That's because you probably have the Wotlk client with WoD models, which result in frequent errors I think, especially if you are in Dalaran.
If that's the case, I suggest you to forget about it and download the Wotlk (Old) one.

Maybe some addon, or anything that could possible be inside your WoW folder
If the problem persists, delete WoW and download again, could solve the problem.
