polearm is just for stats and there are plenty of good enough options (battered hilt, bpc 10, dbs 25 swords,...), crossbow is way more important, because its weapon dmg is essential for autoshot.

As Marksman, its weapon damage is critical to almost all of your damage output. with the exception of things like Serpent Sting and Arcane Shot.

Going from an ilvl 271 crossbow to the 284 one alone is almost a 5% overall damage gain, if that gives you an idea of how significant getting the crossbow is going to be.

learn hunter before buying item PLEASE

if u dont even know that the gun is the item with the most impact on ur damage u are clearly a really new player so please learn u champ before u buy item
