[ANSWERED]Missing Characters upon Log-in

I have logged-in recently after some hiatus and for some reason, my account is missing 3 of its 4 characters. I hope it can be restored.

Edit:

I just found out that all of my items in my bags are missing except for the hearthstone. All my armor and stuff are gone.
