Burning Crusade Guild Haywire Kalecgos Bugged! NEED HELP NOW

We killed Kalecgos in SWP but we got no loot and got stuck in his room. Chat said "You are now saved to this instance". Will provide video soon. WE NEED HELP ASAP! Cannot enter raid cause encounter in progress!

You can try to make a support ticket in game. Server restart should also fix it, if you don't get a reply from staff before that.

Sure, but they wont reply during raid, it'll be tomorrow sometime. And we want our loot ofc. Now we will most likely miss this weeks SWP or at least have to wait 45 min for hard reset.

Yes, immediate support is usually not possible unless a staff member with the ability to fix it sees the thread. The chance that it happens is pretty low. They also don't restore or give out loot. So loot is most likely gone unless the fight resets and you get to do it again.

We left for 40 minutes, came back to this corpse. No loot. Brutallus also bugged now so we cannot fight him.

Website says we killed Kalecgos 27 minutes ago but it's been over an hour since we did it.

As anyone0 already had said, assistance with being locked in the encounter should be asked in-game with a ticket, that likely would be answered by now. We don't "refund" loot lost due to issues like that, though.
