Optional xp rate change on outland possible?

I wonder if you could allow me to play on the outland tbc server with x1 xp rates.
The services only allow me to freeze xp but not to set them to x1 rates. Is there any chanche? I would really love to...

We have discussed this and decided to go against it. Future is not set in stone but we don't see any chance of this happening soon.
