I forgot my password and username for an account
Hello Team,
Thank you for your time.
After a long period, me and my friend we decided to play again wow wotlk.
I was able to get my account back but my friend lost his username and his password.
Is it possible to find a solution for this or to contact him directly ?
We tried with retrieve an account but he didn't get the mail and when we tried to create a new one it says that he has already an account.

It should work this way: You go to "forgot username" and you write your "mail address" in the field. Then you should get a mail by warmane. Look at your spam-folder or, if you have this option, look at old mails (for example I have saved mails since 2010), maybe you find an old mail with your acc name. Another way is that you saved him in friend list on your account (=his name is shown there)
It seems that his acc must exist after you can't create a new acc by the same mail
If this doesn't work, try to write a mail to [email protected] as mentioned above
