    I sent a gift to my friend today, 50 coins to Zakar, he is located on Icecrown
    Inside my history it's completed but he says nothing didn't come
    I don't know where is my coins gone, help me please

    I answered AnathemaMan in an earlier thread already.

    Coin Giftings are sent by char names and not by acc names. I suppose Zakar is the account name of your friend and you wrongly sent the coins to the inactive level 12 pala Zakar located on Icecrown.

    This is in policy:

    - Gifting is irreversible, non refundable and is not eligible for support

    The support makes an exceptions maybe bcz it acts about 50 coins, but the chance is low. Try your luck and write to [email protected] and explain your issue.
