My alt is bugged

Hi,

My alt is bugged.

The char name is Elernia.

It says I'm always in a group so I can't team with anyone.

I can't join a group as it says I'm in a group (when I'm not)

And if I try to invite someone it says I'm not the party leader.

Is there anything I can do to ammend this?

It's not a relogging issue as I've done it over multiple days and same problem has always happened.
