[ANSWERED]Issues at the early stages of a Warrior Gnome

I got this mission called "Decontamination" and when i tryed to use the "Sanitron 500" it just does nothing, and i can't go off. Whenever i try to log out and in to unstuck my pg i found it dead, without any reason. Can somebody help me?
