What exactly does "reworked" loot mean in the changelog?
Does anyone know what the follow change from today's update mean?

Do you know if the developers could/would provide some context? If not, no big deal. I'll just assume its about that thread but confirmation would be nice.
I agree, a lot of things listed in the changelog aren't a concern for 98% of the people. But this is something that people actually want to know about, so a little bit than "reworked loot" would be nice.
If any drop rates were changed significantly, the items alone would be present in the changelog. However, this is mostly regarding world drops, green items and such.
We had issues where certain items would not drop at all or certain world drops would drop in places where they should not. Items of 'interest' to players such as epics were already correct so no changes there.
