As stated above, 8 months s3 vs 3 months s4?
Would be nice to have a reason for ending brutal season so abruptly. The usual "we do not want to go further in elaborating" thing is getting tiring to be honest. It's taken some time for teams to get 2200

3 months arena season is pretty bad.....
The shortest arena season on ever was a lil over 4 months with the average being 6 months. You're basically giving titles to the same people who had it the previous season because you did not give teams ranking up a chance to gear.

I think it's really bad if you end the season on Outland this early. People just started climbing at this moment and this will make the start of the new season horrible - the people that already had better gear at the beginning of the season climbed way faster and got a lot of s4 gear and the people at the bottom are slowly coming up and you just end the season, so when the new season will start the same people that already climbed faster will again take the lead because the lower part of the leader had no chance to farm the gear that would be necessary to challenge. You take the motivation from them to even attempt it. I hope warmane rethink this decision.

Yes please extend season 4 at least another month! If you want to line it up with the other seasons (wotlk) then just make the next one shorter instead of this one. People are finally pushing.

Hey Proterean, can you clearify some things please? 2 Questions:
1) it says "players will only qualify for Gladiator titles if they are above 2000 rating" -does this include Icecrown 3s Rival titles rewarded to rank 4-10 or they can be under 2000?
2) you said players must have 70% played and be within 150 rating from the team. -does this mean player with personal rating of 1851 in a team with 2000 team rating will be rewarded or personal rating must be above 2000 to recieve rewards.

Yes please extend the season on Outland, it's supposed to be longer. At least 1-2 more months.

Proterean could you please reassess if it is the right decision to end the season on Outland this early? I think a lot of players expressed legit concerns that this would have a negativ impact for the current season and the following season on Outland. It would be nice if you could give us an update on wether you plan to go forward or maybe change your decision. Kind regards Lilly

There isn't going to be any new gear anyway, so I don't see why anyone would be troubled with a shorter season?

Well the fact that gear was implemented THIS season made it a problem. As people already pointed out that this season is way shorter than it used to be and that people had not enough time to farm new gear only those who pushed with better gear at the beginning made enough points to purchase new gear so people are slowly coming up - and they decide to end the season already. So all those people whom gained that gear will also push into high ranks in the new season there wont be a contest because people had no time to farm S4, it's pretty simple.

Isn't there like 4 seasons during the year? 12 month each year? so mathematically 3 months per seasons seems accurate :)

You're joke isn't that funny but I snickered anyway. Again the shortest season ever on retail before legion happened to be season 4 and it was 4 months (17 weeks) with the longest being 38 weeks.... they plan to end the season after 12 weeks which is a bit of a joke for all the reasons posted above.
