Hit/Expertise broken?

I play warrior in Mists of Pandaria server, and I don't understand why I keep receiving Parry on several abilities such as Disarm, casual mortal strikes, Executes.

The same occurs when I play hunter, a lot of my shots get a "Dodge" although the chance should be 0.00%. How to fix it?

Before u ask: no, there was no Evasion or any other source, I checked several times. I'll try to gather some Fraps.

I managed to record a small clip of me fighting other warriors. As you can see for example at minute 00:10.00 I get both a normal and a special parry though the enemy has no kind of defensive buffs.
