Brewfest event boss not working

While bugtracker is the right place for posting things like that, chances are mods won't see the message till event is over.
So basically for most players I talked to (including myself) when getting into the event rdf option, you get into the regular room with the boss, and while talking to him he says:
"Ye've got some stones, lad comin' in here unannounced.
What do ye want?"
but no options given underneath that.
Brewfest Spy that supposed to be nearby for giving the daily quest
Insult Coren Direbrew
just isn't there.
Some people said it worked fine for them, and when asked they just said they had a option to insult him when talked to him but for most people I talked with it didn't work.

Just queued the event several times. Neither the Boss had the talk option nor the NPC spawned.

It works in Icecrown though but the reward bag is bugged and only gives 2 eot.

After the server restart it's not even possible to talk to the Boss. Daily Quest is also still missing in the event dungeon.

It was working when I did my first one and got the achievment, about 3 hours ago.
