WotLK BM, pet and talent spec to solo old raids?

Im wondering what spec and pet would be good for this kind of stuff. I know in one of the gold making guides the guy says hunters are good at this. So id apprecate to know more details about this. Im a 5.1k gs hunter fwiw.

good for soloing stuff. depends on your hit from gear ofc. specc is laid out for a tanky pet. use a turtle for single boss tanking. bear for aoe. crocodile for max aggro on a boss where it doesn't hit as hard.

try to get your hands on 2 tier 5 set pieces. this grants you the effect of having your pet healed for 15% of the damage u deal. the better damage you have the more heal u generate.
