1. Wrong character.

    Hello. I wrong and send my Sundial of Eternal Dusk from site to Namana (my hero), but i need this item in another hero. Can you transfer the item on another character in same acc?
    Item is still in mailbox.

  2. An wrongfully bought item can be reported via opening a ticket ("Warmane > My Account > Support > Create Ticket") for 24 hours until the item has been bought. There you can explain your situation and will likely have the item sent to the correct toon or have your coins refunded to you so you can make the correct purchase yourself.
