Technical Question about Icecrown queue and premium

I am new at Warmane :)
I am wondering, apparently when you donate you have "Donations award coins and a Premium membership: - Queue skipping", so if I donate and I have the premium thing, I would be able to connect to Icecrown whenever I want, even if the number of players is 12000 and there is a 895 queue, I would be able to connect instantly?

Yes, you will be able to skip the queue at any time.

I came back to WoW only recently, before(like 6 years ago) I was playing on french servers with like 1000 max players online, maybe 2000 at pic, it will be amazing to play on a 12k online serv!
