Selling Amani Warbear on Outland

So bottom line question: Does offering an Amani Warbear sellrun in forum/trade chat and subsequently taking payment from a player for this mount count as a bannable offense or not? Regardless if the rest of the raid has it.

Accodring to my interpretation of your Player's Code of Conduct it shouldn't be allowed, yet is see sellruns offered by topguilds in tradechat on a daily basis. Please enlighten me.
