WotLK Can a VPN be used to donate from Bosnia

So, us in Bosnia and Herzegovina have no way of donating, and the prepaid cards are basiclly non-existant in our country, where as my cards from any bank dont work. I was wondering if it would be possible to donate using a VPN to donate, and will i have any issues doing that?
