Greetings. Today I wanted to donate 10 euros but by the end it said that the process was unsuccessful so I wanted to donate again. I got the phone alert telling me that the money are gone. So.. I received nothing from Warmane but my money are gone. Can anyone help me here, please?

If it said that payment was not successful, money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. If you try again, the result will most likely be the same because Paymentwall is randomly rejecting payments. You can either donate using prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint if you have those payment methods available on donation window or contact Paymentwall support.
