Burning Crusade Selling 25man loot - Allowed?

Is it allowed to sell 25 man loot? For example, a player wants t6 shoulder so a guild brings him to their raid for a mother kill and gives him the shoulders in exchange for gold. The player would participate in the kill like normal raider, no bug abuse where he is invited after the boss kill.

I see many guilds do this in the past and with Amani bear, etc, but warmane TOS states "Selling boss loot to players from outside of the original raid: Do not invite players to the raid only to get loot in exchange of anything" is not allowed.

If he is in the raid he is perfectly fine. He is part of the raid from the beginning and participates on boss fights, he has his right to get the item he is after, if the party agrees to that.

The way I see it is the TOS would be violated if the player is invited after the boss kill and item given to him for an exchange of an item or two, or gold.
