Website Ninja Looters remove items

So i see lots of bans for players ninja looting generally they recieve 5 days. Do you also remove the stolen item? If not perhaps that would be a more effective punishment. What would be the point of thieving gear if you get a ban and don't keep the item/s?
Personally I would remove all their gear drop them 5 levels and tp them to the opposite factions main city.
Would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Bring the trolls bring the R-tards and bring the legit comments.

Well looks like we already have an R-tard, let's do something else.
Ninja in raid goes 60-90-perm afaik, that's 2months-3months-perm, seems good enough.
Dropping their level? If they have done or are progressing loremaster they can't really get back up to 80 again, and they cant use their items anymore since they're level limited.
Someone mentioned once that the items are removed, but can't confirm that. They aren't gifted to the actual winner either, so everyone loses in that case.
