    Mass Dispel Question

    If you cast mass dispel on a stack of 25 friendly targets, only 10 of which have a magic debuff on them, will it dispel the 10 debuffs, or will some of the MD charges be "wasted" on people that don't have any debuff?

    No, the "charges" aren't wasted on targets that have nothing to dispel.
