Returning player wondering about realm

Hello,

I used to play on this realm a long time ago when it was called "Molten WoW." I was just wondering how active this realm really is still? I know that all the content has already been out for a while, but as a fresh level 80, are there plenty of others that will be there doing the lower content with me to gear up?

Also, is there a decent presence of people on US times?

I played back when this was Molten as well, then took a long break and came back to it being Warmane. I played on Wotlk but Cataclysm mostly, but came back to the Cata servers being gone. Now I play on Icecrown since I don't have as much time as I used to to level up and play in general. I can't speak for Lordaeron since I don't play on it, but every time I play on Icecrown I see people, and regardless of my level I get into RDF within 40 minutes (usually). There are still a lot of people playing

The hardest part for new players is finding a guild / group that doesn't want a 9k+ GS for RDF HC
