Donation but no coins?

Donated once said transaction failed or something like that with a frown face so i tried again and same result. got charged twice for two 100 coin purchases now and none credited to my account.

If it said that transaction failed, money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. If you still want to donate, use a prepaid card like Paysafecard or Mint if those payment methods are available for you on donation window or contact Paymentwall support.
