Ninja loot or not ?

I have a question here about what happening in raids . For example some item drop ( group loot ) and some people need for item lets say 2 healers . Raid leader can see who NEED the item and he kick one of the healers so player who get a kick cant win a item . Isnt this kind of ninja loot ? I make one ticket with screen and I got simple answer I need more screen becouse my screen had only Item what I need for it and then how I was kicked becouse leader friend need item aswell .. If this is not enough so I have to make record every my pug raid ?? And if this is not a ninja loot I can do it aswell ?

The list of minimum required screenshots is clearly listed in the thread describing how to report players. If you send less than that, your report is dismissed. For all GMs can know from just the screenshots you mention it could have been a stipulated raid rule that the other person who rolled had preference and you still rolled anyways or a number of other situations.
